SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Elite athlete training programs combine multiple training techniques, nutrition, and manual therapy to ensure optimal performance for the preseason, in-season, and offseason of any sport.

With my youth and high school athlete training programs, young athletes get the tools they need to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, stability and mobility.  The goal is to get them moving as quickly and efficiently as possible, while maximizing their genetic potential.

These programs include performance testing as well as nutrition and regeneration techniques to improve overall performance and to educate athletes about how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices affect their play. Our services can help them increase performance while decreasing their injury risk.

With college and professional athletes we focus  more on the particulars of their position specific needs along with an assessment on movement.  We want to maintain their level of performance while simultaneously improving their stability in multiple planes of motion, but increasing their access to the neurological positioning while in motion. The goal is to enhance the ability they have while maintaining health and helping to improve efficient movement reaction.

CONTEST PREP

12  WEEKS 

"I got in touch with Stephen after deciding to compete in a bodybuilding competition (classic physique). I have been very active for most of my life and thought I was eating pretty healthy, but 2 weeks into the plan I realized how much I was unaware of. It was strict towards the end of the plan as we got closer to the competition, but I found it sustainable. I'm very happy with how my physique turned out for the competition."

ONLINE TRAINING

4 WEEKS 

"Stephen's program absolutely changed how I think about diet and training, I had a lot of things in my routine that were unnecessary and somewhat counter productive (focusing too much on supplements) Now I actually train less, eat more and I’m quite a bit bigger and leaner. Josh made it all seem very simple and sustainable. I look back now and cant believe how complicated I was making it for myself."

ONLINE TRAINING

8 WEEKS 

For my 30th birthday I wanted to be in the best shape of my life, and regain a lean muscular physique as well as a six pack. I was unable to achieve this goal alone, but Stephen’s meal plans and workout allowed me to take my health and fitness to the next level. I saw my body begin to sculpt and body fat fall off within 4-5 weeks after trying and failing on my own previously! Stephen’s diligence to his craft enabled me to trust him to customize a plan to attain my physique goals and remove the guess work on my behalf. I have lost over 20+ lbs since starting with Stephen almost a year ago, and has been my best investment to date. It is a process, but six pack coming soon!

PERSONAL TRAINING

18 WEEKS

I have been member of a lot of gyms over the course of my fitness journey. It wasn’t until May of this year that I decided to give personal training a try. I had never tried personal training before and, as you can imagine I was nervous to try it for the first time. During the last 5 months, I have been challenged and pushed by Stephen, and he has taught me a great deal. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals. I have gained confidence and been able to achieve more than I thought I could. He continues to set new goals for me to reach and pushes me to achieve them. He believes in me and pushes me even when I don’t think I can go farther.
